Jill Rennie

Jill gained a scholarship to attend the Scottish Ballet scholarship programme in 1979. She furthered her training at ‘Bush Davies’ school of performing arts from 1982- 1987, attending both Junior and Senior Academies.

Her professional career spans over 20 years taking her all over the World, performing in Ballet, Opera, Musical Theatre, Pantomime, Cabaret and various Cruise ship productions as Featured dancer, Dance captain and Choreographer.

Having lived in Norway for 10 years, Jill taught in full time education as part of the Dance and Musical Theatre faculty. On her return to Scotland she has taught in various schools within The Central Belt area, Including the MGA Academy of Performing Arts, teaching Junior school, full time Dance Course and Musical Theatre students.

Jill is currently covering maternity leave at the Dance School of Scotland as well as teaching at her own dance school in Ayrshire.
